At Jimwal, your absolute satisfaction is our highest priority. We hold our crafted fragrances to an uncompromising standard, and our return protocol is designed to ensure a seamless experience.
Conditions for Return
We accept returns and facilitate replacements exclusively under the following circumstances: an incorrect fragrance was dispatched, the bottle was compromised during transit, or a manufacturing defect is present.
To initiate this process, you must contact our concierge within 7 days of delivery. The fragrance must remain entirely unused, with its original cellophane seal and packaging intact. We kindly request photographic or video evidence of the anomaly.
The Integrity of the Vault
To protect the purity and hygiene of our collection, we strictly cannot accept returns for fragrances that have been opened, sprayed, or stripped of their original seal. Furthermore, as fragrance is a highly subjective and personal experience, we cannot accommodate returns based on a change of preference after acquisition.
The Return Protocol
To initiate a claim, please reach out to our concierge desk via Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp, providing your Order Number and visual documentation of the issue.
Upon authorization, our team will provide precise return instructions. Once the returned bottle is received and authenticated at our facility, your replacement or refund will be authorized.
Refund Processing
Authorized refunds are processed by our finance team within 3 business days. Funds will be routed back through your original payment gateway (eSewa, Khalti, or bank transfer).
Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take 7–14 business days for the balance to reflect in your account.
Transit & Logistics
Should the error originate from our vault (e.g., incorrect or compromised dispatch), Jimwal will bear the entirety of the return shipping logistics. In all other authorized scenarios, return transit costs remain the responsibility of the client.
The Exchange Privilege
Clients may elect to exchange an eligible return for the exact fragrance or an alternative profile of equal value. Any price discrepancies will be invoiced or refunded accordingly.
